Bud George of Bob Parks Realty leads an "Extreme Ninja" group.  Participating agents attend the monthly Ninja Coaching  sessions taught by Walt Frey and meet again to provide more accountability and support with day-to-day implementation of the systems.  The average income of the 20 agents who have participated in the "Extreme Ninja" program since 2005  is double that of the average Bob Parks agent!!  Most of the Extreme Ninja agents have been in the business less than 5 years.
