Walt Frey is a California Real Estate Broker, first licensed in 1971. Involved in real estate management since 1974, he has personally opened 20 sales offices in his capacity as Manager, Regional Manager and Co-Owner of several large independent firms and has trained over 20,000 sales agents over the course of his career.

He was a Senior Instructor for the Council of Residential Specialists and has conducted the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) courses nationwide for 22 years. He has taught in all 50 states, been a featured speaker at several NAR conventions and has conducted courses in Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur, The Bahamas, The Dominican Republic and the US Virgin Islands. He was the year 2002 President of the Council of Residential Specialists. He was a Master Facilitator for The Pacific Institute, an international self-development organization based in Seattle and in 1994 was honored by its founder as the International Real Estate Facilitator of the Year.

Walt is known for his common sense approach to the real estate business and his ability to translate complicated data into easily understood useful information.

Walt is the president of WALT FREY SEMINARS, Inc., a Real Estate Mentoring Organization, and is an active member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. He resides on the Rogue River near the town of Grants Pass, OR, with Susie, his wife of 29 years.   His son Garrett was married on May 5th, 2001.  He and his lovely bride Sarah are both Real Estate Brokers in Grants Pass and live close by. Garrett and Sarah are the proud parents of twin girls, Celeste and Jocelyn, born May 19, 2004.
